Aargh - just had a horrible thought!! Was going to take the box round to my parents' house and leave it in their porch. I work full time so can't get it picked up from my house. But does someone have to be there to sign? Don't want to have to ask my mum to stay in all day!

I just spoke to parcels2go and someone does have to be there. Don't know how to do this now. If I order a collection in the morning, do they generally collect that day?

parcels2go said they would be colecting after 12 noon they came at 1pm. I thought not bad. that was the first time I used them. No problems.

Thanks for that. At least if I know they are pretty reliable timing-wise I can ask my mum to be there when they come. Would feel bad about making her stay in for days on end waiting for them.

Have the boxes all taped together, just going to get a few shoebox bits to fill in the gaps and then it's on its way!

I am usually out when my guys come to pick up boxes from here and they just open the door and take them and leave the paperwork on the bottom of the stairs - if they have parcels to deliver they just leave them as well. I do love my Parcel2go delivery drivers - they are my unsung heroes! If I order delivery in the morning they are sometimes here within half an hour if they just happen to be in the area - they have never let me down and always pick up when they say they will :0)

Hi All,
Hope you're right about these nice Parcel2Go Chaps. Have ordered a pick up for today, but they haven't come yet. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Mine's ordered for today too - finally. Had a right palaver with it but that was operator error rather than a problem with them! Hope they get it soon :D
