Hi all

Thank you for all the kind words. I am learning to just go with how I feel. It doesn't make things easier that Benjamin Bunny is crawling and cruising the furniture, and is having problems with his sleeping a bit at the moment, just a transitional phase I am hoping! I haven't been back to the GP or to any pain clinic or anything yet, just trying to manage by doing bits and pieces and taking co-codamol. I have been having a rough couple of days but I think my DH and I have flu or something, but I have been gradually feeling worse, and he actually took off work today because he was feeling rough.

I haven't been doing much knitting or crochet lately - I have problems deciding on which projects to try, and then I run out of steam. Managed to do a bit of spinning last weekend, really enjoyed it. Trouble is, I have to do it when Benjamin is asleep or pen him up in the playpen!

Don't know what I would do without DH - He helps me so much. Does the hoovering, sweeping and mopping for me, helps with the cooking and cleaning and caring for the kiddiwinks. I am very lucky - his mother did a good job with him.

Benjamin Bunny is teething, crawling, walking along the furniture, and generally being a naughty little tyke at times. It is comforting to see him like this, even though it is also a trial!

I will have a go at posting some pics, or post them on my Facebook page and then posting some links.

Smiles

Hi Everone who has been kind enough to share their thoughts and experiences on fibromyalgia.

I had read your posts and then looked it up on the internet. Sure enough - it was like reading my diary. I started with chronic pain 15mths ago and cut a very long story short asked my doctors this week if it could be fm and yes... they said it was!
After a year of going to hospital, asking gps for help and thinking it was 'in my mind' as it came and went - I finally feel a relief that I know what it is - so THANK YOU!
Thank you also to honestrabbit as I realised you can be young and have this

My best wishes to you all and your kindness at sharing has helped diagnose me at last!
Ellie x
