Would that be the drying out unit at your nearest hospital then Maureen or your nearest off licience? Haven't seen sight nor sound of you on the quiz just yet is it too early in the day ?
Jean your birth twin still in France-– 9 ¾ with no intention of getting to 10!
xx
ALL the very best people have birthdays in DECEMBER - go on guess when mine is.
And Jesus was a December baby too!

Jessie will be 91 on Christmas Day, a little past opening a shop I think.

Message to Jessie.
Jessie you are a credit to Loving Hands, a real treasure. Congratulations on the lovely slippers. I aspire to knit them, perhaps when I get to 90 I MIGHT have mastered them. With all that increasing and decreasing. I think I will start on booties and work up. LOL.

Maureen, the hat pattern is one which Alana found.

http://www.geocities.com:80/crotiques/b ... htm?200630

She said there is a mistake - on the first and alternate rows of the pattern you knit 2 (not3) purl to the last stitch then K1.

They`re very pretty and don`t take long to do.Have fun.

Have posted it on the patterns page as well - Quick baby hat.

Hi Maureen

Elaine is right but her link isn't working so here it is again.

http://www.geocities.com/crotiques/babyfirsthat.htm?200630

Pattern Corrections:

"Rows 1 and alt rows (WS) K2, Purl across to last st, K1"

"Next row 2: *K1, K2tog. Rep from * across to last st, K1"

I use DK on 4mm or size 8 needles. It is very quick and easy and comes out really pretty.

OOOHHHH

The photos really jump out at me, they are almost 3D :D

So clear and bright, what a wonderful selection

Maybe, I need to find some new project to become addicted to instead of Innocent hats ?

The childrens slippers are nice, is there a very easy knitting pattern for these please that I could try ?

Thanks HKX

All the bright and beautiful knits are dazzling! Love the wee slippers - they are soooo cute - more colourful veggie pot warmers too!
