Hello everyone!
Thought I should introduce myself! I am karen and live just outside Perth.
I was taught to knit by my mum and my gran when I was a kid, hadn't knitted for ages but got the urge to pick up the needles again earlier this year!
I hope to make it to a meeting in Kirkacaldy in the near future!!

Hello Karen, I'm up near Inverness, although originally a Midlander Pity you couldn't make it to the Knitpic day last Saturday, we had a good knit and natter I'm sure you will enjoy being with Loving Hands, we have some great challenges and are looking forward to the new one which will start 30th June hopefully. Hi Karen - we can certainly use your skills here....and what good timing. As Dot mentioned, we hold four big challenges a year - the next one is due to start on 30th June....we're just waiting to find out what they are but Lou is keeping a tight lid on it. Having said that, they are just a bit of fun and competitive spirit - you can knit whatever you like or comfortable doing.

Hello Karen, welcome to the group. I live on the Isle of Lewis, we've been through Perth a few times on our journeys up and down to see the family and spent a short holiday there stocking up before returning home. Your just in time for the new challenges , but knit what you like it all finds a good home!
