I know the answer to that one - you get all of those things from me!!!! I have piles of all of those items just waiting to be distributed to members who need them so don't make the shops the first port of call girls - give me a shout and if what you need is here I will send it right out to you!

Thanks Pam - saw you had started to do this so have popped in with a list of dos and dont's for all members as well - hopefully this will make it easier for newbies to get orientated with what we are doing and keep things flowing smoothly! :0)
