In 'The News' today there is an article about the 1000th baby born in the new maternity unit at QA - it's only been open for about 2 months - and there is a picture of the baby - with a hand knitted blue blanket which looks just like the one I made!

Wouldn't it be lovely if it was - and isn't it great to know that the unit is using them.....even if that one is 'mine' after all. :D

Mazzy - you are famous!! if the baby was in the newborn unit - it may well be, all the maternity stuff is going out to the community rather than the unit.

I've cut the picture out of the paper and will bring it to the meeting.......mind you, it's a very small photo.
I did feel quite chuffed even to think it may be the one that I made.
The little boy with the blanket is a twin - there is a bigger photo of him and his sister.......in hand knitted cardigans.
Who knows?????
