Cosham Community Centre can let us use a room, I had a look round there today and i think it will be ok. A small room to start with but potential to grow (as we do).

We just need to work out the dates now, but the sweet lady there said she would have a look through their dairy to ensure we get regular sessions.

She is going to phone me again on Wednesday morning so I will update you all again then.

I've started on some posters too.

Will be in touch v soon.

Brilliant news Abi - you go girl - as I told you I am ready and waiting to set you up with your own section in the Groups bit on the forum as soon as you are sorted :0) Looks like I will be able to contact the lady from the red cross again very soon! :0)

Thanks for your help Lou, I'm really excited about getting it started, and getting more members to help.

Hopefully some of the red cross volunteers will want to be involved too.

You go Arlene -iif you are interested pm me and I will give you the info etc I have given to the ladies in Forest of Dean and Hampshire to help get them started :0) By the end of this year I can see Loving Hands Groups all over the country :0)

Does anyone live near Southend or Basildon? I am just about in the middle of these two towns. Would be good to set up a group, I am not reliable due to health probs but would try to go to meetings if someone else set it up.
