We had a fab night last Thursday. We had a great crowd and actually run out of seats and cups!! We had to get Gillian a proper seat as we found her sitting on a childs chair for the playschool!! Poor Gillian again when she had to make do with a drink of coke in a plastic cup and didn't get a cup of tea!! I promise a better service will be resumed this week!!
Besides me, the rowdies include: Jackie, Heather G, Anne, Marion, Heather, Maureen, Barbara, Rebecca, Ingrid, Jennifer, Margaret L, Margaret H, Rosemary and Dorothy. Dorothy brought with her jewellery made by a lady who would donate 10% of all that she sold. We are delighted to tell you that Dorothy has given us £20.50 towards our wool fund. Many, many thanks.
Donations were great. Jackie has completed more food for our sale (hot dogs and cupcakes) as well as a couple of cardis and blanket:

Heather has completed these doll size interwoven blankets for our sale:

Ingrid donated these lovely hoodies:

Despite the birth of her first grandchild (gorgeous baby boy 8lb 15ozs), Jennifer completed this lovely scarf:

Margaret H donated these lovely preemie hats and cardis:

Heather completed these lovely items including her first preemie bodywarmer, well done!!

Although we had a great night, we did miss Hilary. She was away seeing Dominic Kirwan (I think that is who it was), a local act and we can expect a colourful description on how she got on!!!
Since last Thursday we have completed our shoeboxes for Blythswood and Jennifer has delivered them. We filled 20 shoeboxes and they are up in the Ballyclare depot. Thanks for that Jennifer.
Girlies - you are all a great bunch and I sincerely thank all of you for your help and support. See youse all on Thursday.
