I didn't get to the meeting until after 8.00pm last night as hubby was away in Dublin and I had to wait on him getting home before I could leave. When I got the meeting the room was full!! We will have to look for a bigger room!! We were delighted to welcome two new members, Jennifer and her mum Rosemary joined us and many thanks to Jackie and Heather who looked after them until and after I got there. We are delighted to have Jennifer and Rosemary with us, Jackie was showing them how to crochet but I think they will be bringing their knitting next week. Helping to fill the room was Barbara, Jennifer, Ingrid, Rebecca, Georgina, Pat, Marion, Anne, Margaret H, Margaret L, Hilary, Gillian and daughter Wendy. The growth and faithfulness of our group is fantastic.
Jackie has been working away on items for our sale. The photo doesn't do her berets, hoodie, burgers and apples any justice:

Gillian found this poncho in her local charity shop and also completed these blankets:

Hilary donated this lovely blanket:

Margaret H completed this lovely girls jumper:

A friend of Barbaras donated a wool mountain for us to work through as well as these scarves, many thanks:

Many many thanks to Georgina who received another wool mountain from the church who her daughter in laws mother (I think) goes to. It was just brilliant and it will certainly keep Jackie and her knitting machine out of trouble!! Georgina picks us up wool everywhere she goes - great work!!
Sincere thanks to all the girlies who support our group, we have done so well and I am so proud of what we have achieved. Keep up the great work.
