 At last - a week late but here you go the minutes of last Mondays meeting :0)

Present were Myself, Kelly, Stella, Grace, Gladys, Isabel, Jean, Isobel, Margaret G and Margaret C. Poor Suzanne was not with us due to having shingles - she is officially under house arrest for the next three weeks as it is on her face so doctor is worried about her passing it on to others. We are all thinking of you snoozy Suzy - don't worry we will be just so delighted when you are backj with us again (abscence makes the heart grow fonder they say ;0) Hope this doesn't mean you will also miss the picnic - after all the worrying that it would be me that would have to miss it due to operations etc it would be just not fair if you miss out now! :0(

We had Granny Do's lovely Irish Bun Loaf and then everyone sooked on the very tasty Manx Knobs (get your minds out of the gutter now girlies they are very lovley mint humbugs in a tin! ;0). Everyone that wanted extra went home clutching a tinfoil wrapped package with more loaf in it to share with their families - big thanks to Do for the wonderful present xx

Donations this week were :-

From Stella - 1 cat bed, 4 blankets, 1 sun top and 1 shrug - these are great Stella - thank you xx

from Jean there was 1 scarf, 1 blanket and 1 baby top - well done Jean - thank you:0)

Great work girlies, keep up the hard work.

Every sympathy does out to you Suzanne, I had shingles before Christmas and was miserable. Look after yourself and I look forward to hearing that you are back on your feet again.

Cherryl xx
