Hi. I.m another newbie. Found my way here from the MSE forum.
I'm nearly due for a free bus pass, but most days feel a lot younger, somedays, better not spoken about.
Children all grown up but I do have grandchildren. They don't want knitted things,so hope to be able to do things for Loving Hands instead.
"See" you all again soon
Ilovetea x

Hello ilovetea

Welcome to Loving Hands. Any knitting that you do will be most gratefully received and given to someone in need which is a lovely feeling.

The forum is very addictive too as there are lots of hints, tips, help and patterns available from other folk.

Welcome to Loving Hands "Ilovetea" If I started listing all the things I like there would be no space left. But top of the list would be "chocolate". Son no 2 has just walked in with a chocolate orange. Mmmmmmm problem, do I open it now to share with him, or wait till he has left. ??? Enough of me. What are your favourite things to knit? We are near the end of the Autumn Challenge. Awaiting the Winter Challenge list. I like to make small stuff.

Hello Ilovetea and another welcome to LH. Like S.S. I love chocolate too. It's my treat of the week along with a glass of wine - lovely! I am sure you will enjoy all the knitting and friendly chat.

Hello and welcome ilt.
As everyone has already said, we are a friendly lot and always willing to help.
ilt home made wine which OH makes very well. We have at the moment got the autumn fruits brewing away in demijohns i.e. rowanberries, elderberries, apples from our own little Greensleeves tree (first crop) and we had blackcurrants and rhubarb earlier in the year.
Hope you enjoy being with us :D Dot
