just a quick check [b]Maureen[/b] can I call in for some apple cake when you've made it? You can't be that far from me - certainly closer than Portsmouth.

Thanks my lot, I wont be there this week as i have no apples left :twisted:
Only joking i have more than i know what to do with and Sid wont eat the apples either at the moment! Looking forward to seeing you all again on Wednesday. Pauline x

Mmmm, just been looking through my last cookery book fundraising project to check on something for the LH one and guess what I found in it ????

Have you guessed yet - Dorset apple cake - now I don`t know if it`s the same one, cause no-one has sent it in to me yet. Might have to give it a try though.
