Maureen that's great.

Sign into your account and on the first page you should see 'How to get started', choose 'Upload your first photos'.

It will take you into a new screen which takes you through steps 1 to 3. Click on the first step 'Choose photos and videos'. This will open up a little window of what's on your computer, so you need to go to the place where you have the photos stored on your computer and select the one you want. You can choose more than one photo by holding down the ctrl key on your keyboard (bottom left hand corner) and then clicking on the photos you want. Then click on Open.

You will then see a list of your photo names and privacy options underneath. If you make them public anyone and every will be able to see them, private means only you can see them or friends/family whichever option you choose. You can pick any of these. Then click 'Upload Photos & videos'. It will tell you when it has finished. Click add a description and if you want to, you can add a little bit about the picture or leave it blank. Click on Save. It will then take you to your photostream and you can follow my other instructions from this point forward.

When you are on your Photostream page you can add more photos by going down to the very bottom of the page and clicking on upload which is an option on the line next to 'You'. It will take you through the same procedure as above.

Hope that helps but if you get stuck just shout.

Alana, what is a Flicker ACC,? Think Maureen & I are on a different planet when it come to Tecky
''speak''. Love from Dumbo Do.

Do, a flickr account is basically a way of storing your photos online. If you go to www.flickr.com you can set up an account. If you don't have a yahoo or bt email address then you may have to pay for a professional account, if you do then you get it for free. If you don't pay then you are allowed to put so many photos on and no more. Once set up you can sign into your account and add photos from your computer to it as detailed above.

Hope that helps.

Alana & Jean(in Cornwall) I am amazed @ how clever you are. Those boobs should be used as an ornamental display, even if they are for a good cause, they are too nice to be hidden. Re photos Alana, still a foreign language to me, will have to get Grandson to help. Bob can't cope with anything other than boring business things. Waiting for Maureen to put photo on.!

I will have a go early next week but at the moment life is HECTIC! And my bloody washing machine has died! (Beyond repair) Trouble is I am so booked up with hospital appointments etc that I can't get to town to choose a new one until next week...perhaps I will be able to post a photo of the new one!

Thank you for caring Twinnie. Thing is I really do need to meet my new washer face to face and to know that my old machine will be disposed of and the new one installed and WORKING!!!! (ALL AT THE SAME TIME) You know DH is no good at anything like that but judging from the lovely smell coming from the kitchen he is a culinary star!

Well you can't have everything in life - good cook comes above dodgey DIY anyday. I did my sisters washing machine for her, the two fella's from C****y's laughed till she told them I was more than capable I had done loads by then (DH at sea, read the book and do it or pay some COWBOY for the privelage, not likely) - flamin good job I did too.........she laughed all day and when her DH arrived home he was moaning that he WOULD HAVE TO START ON THE WASHING MACHINE - NOPE my big sis did it for us. Well, he only took it all out from under the worktop to check.......CHEEK..I also gave him the hint of wiping the floor with washing up liquid so it would slide back under the worktop FOR FREE .then he said it was fine and would I like a rather large glass of something. Honestly some folk see a woman and think they are helpless. I also do cars - I had a great daddy who thought we needed all the skills for a modern world. Goodluck with your search for the perfect washing machine, keep us informed eh

Do you think there is any chance of finding a washing machine that changes lightbulbs? There is one out in my kitchen and one in the lounge!. I used to do bulbs but now legs will not let me! Still the kitchen light has only been out for about 6 weeks so 'tis early days yet!!!!!! DH can still see to cook as 3 other lights are still working and then there is the glow from the microwave clock which would do at a pinch!!!
Love Twinnie X
