I am not the best of knitters, having done none for decades but I would like to meet up with others in the area if there are any out there. If not, I will keep plodding on on my own.... I am really enjoying it, even if it is a solitary passtime at the moment....

Hi Jackie, I am in Northampton. Have been knitting and crocheting items for the past two years, have known how to do this since I was little when my gran taught me.

hi Jaqui! nice to know someone else is nearby, i don't always have access to a car either unfortunately! I do work too as well as having two rather active toddlers to deal with.

Also I don't have a clue how far Towcester is from Northampton lol! :oops: :oops: will have a look on route planner in a moment.
