We had a great meeting on Friday. Elaine joined us and it was lovely to see her. We have missed you Elaine. She had her two lovely grandchildren Calum and Kirsty with her and i think they enjoyed themselves, bless them. We also had Barbara, Pearl, Jean, Lena, Mag, Isobel, Rosie and Liz.

There were lots of donations as usual and Mag had made a beautiful sponge cake with lemon and cream filling. It was absolutely delicious – thanks Mag x

So here we go:

From Barbara there were 20 fantastic boobs and one ‘Blue Tit’! Great work Barbara.

From Pearl there was1 child's cardigan, 1 child’s jumper, 2 adult’s hats and 2 adult's jumpers. Beautiful work Pearl.

From Jean there were 3 fluffy scarves and loads of squares. Fantastic work Jean.

From Mag there were 4 child’s jumpers, 2 child’s cardigans, one newborn Christmas bauble hat and a squirrel wash cloth. I love the jumper with the aeroplanes on it Mag.

From Isobel there were 2 lovely child’s tops and a bag full of toiletries for the shoeboxes. These are great Isobel.

From Liz there were lots of squares. Well done Liz, the colours are great.

From myself there was my sands blanket that i finally finished after getting Mag to show me how to sew it up neatly - thanks Mag x
A cat blanket, a newborn Christmas hat and a kids purse.

You are all producing beautiful work and so much of it as well. We really are doing well, so i would like to say a big thank you to everyone for all the time and effort you put into making everything. It really is much appreciated :)

Beautiful knitting, I ' cringe' when I look at mine. Love the colours & fancy stitches. I am too old now to try anything other than stripes. Well done!

Brilliant that Elaine was there too girls - bet you had missed her while she was away :0) Your photos put mine to shame - will have to try harder to make a special effort to show off everyones work much better - it is a shame sometimes how hard to see everything is in my photos :0(

Lou, You do a splendid job. It’s our own fault. If we didn't send you such big parcels you wouldn't have to squeeze it all in the photos. .LOL :D  .... Only joking folk... I am just jealous, and I can't add photos. I must Try Harder, now where have I heard the before? LOL.

So pleased to see that Elaine is back with you and I am glad that you liked the cake. Fantastic donations as always and I love the 'blue tit'.

I haven't a clue how to do the photos and I think that is really clever to be able to put them on at all.

Molly
