I just want to say that it was so lovely to meet you all tonight, I was made to feel so welcome and enjoyed my evening..... the apple cake was brilliant too! I will be back next time.

That apple cake recipe had better be sent to Elaine for our recipe book - should guarnatee a few sales just to get that one I imagine the amount of chat it has generated over the last couple of weeks!

It was lovely to meet you too Sue.Glad that you are going to come again! Thanks Pauline for the apple cake-it was scrumptious-I was very good and didnt have snow but I did take some home!!

hey thats great - i'm so glad you enjoyed yourself and great to hear you'll be back. The lovely little sets you made are packed up fpor the NICU unit, which I will be dropping off tomorrow... hopefully will get some pictures sorted too...
