Finally have my parcel ready to go but when I try to order a collection from Parcels2Go it won't let me pick today  That means I'll have to wait another week as my mum's only there on a wednesday. I thougth you could order it in the morning for the same day?

Hi Helen,
I've never had any problems but I've always booked before the day e.g. say I go on line on Saturday I will nominate Monday and it's all gone smoothly and to plan, perhaps if you tried on Monday or Tuesday and nominated Wednesday it would be o.k.
Hope this makes sense and that you are successful.

love, Barbara xx

Aargh, am so fed up with this!! have finally managed to get the right day after going through it all with customer services. now i find out that i have to print a label - but i'm at work and the parcel is at my mum's. so i still can't send it!!! why on earth don't they tell you that somewhere other than right at the end of the order!!!

looks like i'm not going to get this sent, there's no way i can afford the post office but parcels2go just isn't working for me.

don't know whether it's parcels or hormones but i could seriously cry about this!

Ok, have calmed down a bit now  After a tantrum at the computer and a guy at work taking pity on me and sorting it out the parcel is finally labelled-up and ready for collection.

I realised after spending ages wrapping it up that I'd forgotten to put a note in so have tried to tape one to the outside. When you get a parcel from rugby Lou that's more tape than anything else, that'll be me!

Not much sleep and a busy day have made me a bit of a nutter today.... oops. Am off for a cup of tea and some medicinal chocolate.

Yep - it will be easier - honestly - we do love Parcel2go here - I don't put the printed labels on mine as Mark (my van driver) says it is easier for him to stick on the ones he carries in the van. I just print off a normal label and stick it on and then he does the rest when he arrives. If I am out he takes it from the hallway himself and leaves the paperwork on the bottom stair for me - well trained he is - just like all my other delivery men!

My parcel is already in Edinburgh! I really was having the blondest of blond days yesterday, am sure I made things far more complicated than they needed to be. I'm not a complete techno-numpty, honest!!
