My parcel has been picked up today by DHL. I had a failed collection yesterday, and parcels to go told me that it wouldn't be collected til Monday, however it was taken today. What a relief. Everyone else always seems to have no problems with them but i almost failed at the first hurdle!! I would use them again though, the prices are reasonable and its easy to book online (I could have sent so much more for the same price).

Good luck with all the opening Lou, and I look forward to the announcement of the next challenges.

Take care.

Ann xx

Yes Ann, that what we have all said. We could have sent more for the same price. Are you near anybody else you can share a parcel with? Now that would make it value for money. You are not alone in having a problem with parcels2 go. I wonder if they are getting snowed under due to the postal strike. It is bad in your area? I too can't wait to hear our next challange items. Pat xx

I do get ever so frustrated when opening these parcels to see a - not all that large box- and a royal mail price ticket saying over £11 !!!! Mark was laughing when he dropped off a pile of boxes to me on Wednesday as several of them were boxes taped together to make one - he says I am teaching you all my tricks! If it works then why not - we are a charitable organisation after all!!!

It's finding boxes that I'm struggling with. Anyone got any good idea of places to try to beg for some?? Tried the post room at work as I'm sure they get in lots of huge boxes but they were particularly unhelpful and gave me one A4 paper box

Lou

Have just checked on the parcel tracking and my parcel should now be with you (hopefully). Hope everything in it is OK. there are a lot of shoebox items, but I usually collect them all year round when I see anything thats reduced or a good offer it goes into my stash!!

Take care, don't work too hard, take time to rest as well.

Hiya Helen,

If you are still looking for boxes, Argos do a batch of 10 big boxes, for 10, they each come with lids, and are very roomy! I bought a set of these when moving all my things to uni, as I dd not have enough bags and suitcases, what with the amount of stuff I was taking with me, had to make my "new" room look more like home and pretty :D

I think there is a cheaper option with less boxes, but I don't remeber the details exactly, sorry! Hope that helps though, as they can be used for anything, x :)
