Another great meeting, lots of chat and laughter. Few of the girlies were sick but hopefully back on their feet again and we will see youse on Thursday. Joining me was Heather G, Anne, Jennifer, Ingrid, Rebecca, Barbara, Margaret L, Margaret H, Georgina, Pat, Heather, Yvonne, Jennifer M, Rosemary M and Ann.

Jennifer has been creative for our forthcoming sale:

Ingrid had completed this fab snowman:

Heather G has completed 2 interwoven blankets and 2 doll size interwoven blankets for our sale, well done:

Heather and her grand-daughter have donated these fab items:

Noel, Georgina and Pat have been working away on these hat and scarf sets:

Yvonne donated these two preemie cardis:

Rebecca has been working away on a throw but managed to complete these scarves. Rebecca has been taking a lot of stick at the minute as the throw she has decided to finish has been on her hook (or behind her sofa) for approx 6 years!!!

I almost dread pressing the submit button as I have been having trouble with the photos. The photos are probably going to be smaller than usual but hopefully everyone will be able to see them.

Jackie hasn't been well this week but completed 20 hats for Maureen to replace some of the hats that were pinched in her local Age Concern. These were posted on Saturday so hopefully will be with you soon Maureen.

We have been offered another stall in a Victorian Fair in Whitehead on Saturday 28th November from 2pm - 9pm. The organisers have given us this stall free of charge - so we are taking this as another opportunity to raise a few pounds for wool.

Keep up the great work everyone. See you on Thursday.

Cherryl xx

Beautiful donations as ever!

I love the little toys, might have to dig my Jean Greenhowe books out again as seeing these lovely photos has inspired me.... but I always get fed up with them before I can finish anything

I agree with Do. You will be sold out of everything in a Jiffy. Thank you for the lovely hats. They came yesterday but we had some probs with computer so I could not contact you to say a huge "THANK YOU" to Pauline especially as she's not been too well. Hope you are fighting fit again by the time you read this! As soon as I have finished hat knitting (at the end of this week) I shall crack on with some bits for your sale
Love to all you lovely ladies.
Mad Maureen X
