Hi Lou

Sounds as if you are going to have a great day. Wish I lived a little nearer and could join in.

Laughing Right girls decision made! If the weather is good (not bucketing down with rain - we will all be in Beveridge Park having an official Loving Hands 'Knitpic' ! 12 noon to 3pm - bring a picnic basket and a rug or folding chair - and of course your knitting! :0)I will try to beg steal or borrow a 'shelter' just in case it gets breezy!

I have posted on Ravelry and am just about to post on the Knit in Public site as well.

Louise - you can bring your poster ideas to the meeting tomorrow night and we will see about getting them ready to put out all over Fife! :0)

Oh crikey..I have just read that i should have been cracking on with the poster ideas, haha. I will..however I have a funeral tomorrow morning and my mums coming through (aint seen her for a whiley) so might not have anything on paper for tomorrows meeting..but will get it done. Is their perhaps another local organisation that might have shelter we can borrow? Mind you if anyone has a wee garden gazebo..they are very light and easy to put up. We had one but it blew away during a storm Embarassed

see you for meeting Lou

I can't wait for knit in public day it should hopefully raise a lot of awareness. Let's hope that the weather is okay.

I haven't been able to do much knitting this week with hurting my shoulder and then I got the cold which really put me on my back but I'm getting better now and I should be able to make the meeting tomorrow.

Lesley

Laughing Fingers crossed that you are all better for tomorrow night Lesley - Suzanne has a large Gazebo with side panels so I will check that the park authorities will not mind us setting it up in the park for the day so we can 'knit' in comfort :0)

Hoping for a lovely day weatherwise and a great turnout!

Laughing I phoned the Park Officer today so we are now waiting for confirmation that we can pop up the Gazebo - they don't think there should be a problem so that is good :0) I am now praying to the weather fairies that we get a great day! Laughing
