 Here we are girls - following on from Fiona's great suggestion a few weeks back - if any of you are willing to be central person for your area and collect items to send in one big box or are travelling in this direcstion and are willing to drop off to HQ in the passing then please register your details etc here - you can ask members to pm you if you don't want to put too many details on the forum :0)

Obviously anyone living close to one of the groups can just hand items into them as normal.

What a good idea.

However, I would recommend people don't put their personal details on here, too risky from fraud attacks. You would be amazed how easy it is to happen when people put addresses and phone numbers on.

Rather maybe put your town/region and then people can PM each other.

Thats right Lizzie = if the people interested in helping out with posting boxes or trvelling this way put on their area (like I have done for Sinergi in Birmingham area) and maybe when they are coming up or planning to send a box then any members can reply by pm or email to find out where to drop things off to - even then if you don't want to give out home address details you can arrange to meet at a central point on a certain day and time (say Asda's car park from 1 to 2pm on Sunday or something like that - the way the Blythswood collection runs:0)

Hi Sylvia - I'm in Heathfield area - so about 1/2 hr away. Happy to meet up as this is a great idea. I take mine to post office in London when I'm at work 'cos whilst Parcels2Go would be great, not home for them to collect and they don't do weekends. Guess - I'm saying I wouldn't be able to do the sending. Feel free to pm me - I will send you my work email as don't always get to log on...and have to make it snappy!
