Hello to all the new members of this ever growing family. I know that you'll all love it here, not only for the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping someone but also for the chat and friendship. Keep the pins, hooks, machines etc. going as Lou is always ready to accept donations, she really is a treasure and a very brave one at that. I was delighted to have the privilege of speaking to her the other day - what a lady, three cheers for Lou. love, Barbara xx |

Just want to add my " Hello and welcome " to all the newcomers as well. What a lot of you have joined since I last looked. I`m sure you`ll enjoy the chat as well as the knitting / crochet / sewing. Whatever your craft, the results will go to worthwhile causes. Elaine. |

Welcome to all the new members from me too! It's a good job some new people have joined as I won't be doing much knitting for a while, I'm sad to say. I've pulled muscles in my shoulder and done damage to a nerve - at a fitness class! Let that be a lesson to everybody!! So repetitive actions are out for a while, and that includes knitting. I'll keep reading about everyone else's work, though, and planning what to do first when the pain has gone. Happy knitting everyone, Karen x |

Welcome to everyone who has joined recently. I'm afraid I've not been to join in for a while as been really busy...wretched slave drivers at work! It's great and we have a wide range of talents so you never feel out of place - anything you make is greatfully received. Have fun and enjoy! |

Glad to see I am not the only one who is lagging behind in welcoming all these newcomers. It is great for us all to have so many willing hands to help us along with our challenges and I know Lou along with the rest of us will be so delighted. |
