Well I have had the plasterer here all morning, so as I couldn't possibly do any housework I thought I would do a bit of knitting.Tonight I am meeting up with my friends for our monthly stitch and bitch session, so I will have a whole evening dedicated to my new projects.
Going outside to do some knitting and catch a bit of sun now.

Sun - what sun ???? What is sun ???? Are we supposed to get it in this country ???? Lucky you - my house is like a building site with hubby working on putting in the new bathroom and we have just got rid of the last of the grandkids for the day - poor Annouk must have wondered what she was coming in to for her knitting lesson this morning :0)

Never mind - I might have a cuppa and do some knitting myself as hubby went to the shop for what we needed when he took wee James back to his mum there so I shouldn't need to go anywhere for the rest of the day :0) Won't be sitting outside though - it is fair but freezing up here :0)

Don,t know where you live Julie but it is gloriously sunny here too . Sorry Lou. I have been on web half the afternoon trying to find local courier who includes Scotland for delivery. Will phone them next week. I have got 'nearly new' boys shorts & T shirts ,are these acceptable Lou, got from friend. Hoped they would be OK for the children,s charities. Can get more hence the queries re courier. If ok will wait & fill a box.

Wonderful Do - yes of course they will be perfect - we like to send pre loved clothing as well - nothing goes to waste here :0) Parcels2go ship from everywhere but if thye come by fery to mainland it is dearer - I know my boxes to Linda in NI will be £17.50 each and the mainland ones are just £7.92 so there is nearly £10 of a difference. You never know maybe your local courier will be kind enough to give you free transport over - some of the girls have managed to make similar arrangements over here :0)

It is sunny today woo hoo ! It was 24 degrees this afternoon when I went to Suzanne's to drop of some fabric and things we got from Freecycle today :0) Please let it stay and be nice for a few weeks :0)
