Laughing Hello Everyone! Welcome to the new forum for Loving Hands and a great big thank you to Pam for doing this for us (and for all the work she is doing to create a website for us as well) Very Happy

In case any of you don't know already my name is Lou and I founded Loving Hands after a very succesful charity 24 hour knitathon held in the Volunteer centre Kirkcaldy in June to celebrate national volunteers week. Since then Loving Hands has gone from strength to strength and we now have over 60 members from all over the UK with more joining all the time.

I am 48 years old and mum to 6 great kids and grandma to Cassidy our gorgeous wee 2 year old grandaughter Cool



This is my 6 year old daughter Jenna who is our wee mascot and also the official 'boob' stuffer for the group! She loves these photos of herself modelling the boobs we make to teach new mums how to breastfeed!

I look forward to welcoming lots of you to the forum and to chat about all sorts of things!

Hello Isobel

Glad you found us okay it was good to meet you on Monday I'm sure you'll have just as much fun on the forum as knitting. I hope Aaron didn't disturb you too much. He pretended to fall asleep in Caroline's car and I had to lift him out. It took a while to get him to bed but he went eventually.

Welcome Isobel. Glad you found the Forum and looks like you've also found the Monday group too...Im envious as I miss all the fun by not being there in person...but I catch up on here and it's great.
