Mag was ever so excited when she called earlier this evening to tell me the meetings had been arranged - naturally we are all excited here as well girls - I am sure that before you know it you will have a couple of very busy and thriving groups - they are close enough together so most people should be able to make both meetings but if not then others will be able to get to either one or the other. Good luck and we are all looking forward to hearing all the news etc from Aberdeen & Shire :P

I expect you are as excited as Mag - I am so glad you three lovely girls are getting on so well. It would be fantastic if you could all make it down to the Scottish Knitting Only show in a couple of weeks I know Mag is thinking of coming down and I would love to meet you two as well :0) If you can't make it never mind I am hoping to get up there myself one day in the not too distant future to visit with my auntie in Sauchen and Mag in Stonie so a meet up with the rest of you would have to be a must do if I got that far :0)

What great news! Good luck for your first meeting girls and hope you have us much fun as us down in Portsmouth.

Knitting alone for LH is a great feeling anyway but having a group to natter with is the icing on the cake :)

Thanks ladies for all your good wishes. I'm sure we will be fine when the time comes, nervous wrecks. No - of course we are looking forward to it. It will be a new challenge for this neck of the woods and us three wise monkeys or muskateers but worth every minute. Happy crafting.

Mag x :D

Yippee, yippee, yippee! I put a request on freecycle yesterday for donations for our new group and a very nice lady called Lynne emailed to say she has some wool we can have. She reckons she's got about a black bag or mores worth. She just phoned and i'm off to pick it up from her tonight :D

I've been jumping around like a fool singing 'i'm so excited!' Steven says if i don't shut up he's going to smuther me with a pillow  Just because he's grumpy and doesn't get excited about anything much doesn't mean i cant........I'M SO EXCITED ........
